At Ezeyouth Empowerment Uganda, our strength lies in a passionate and dedicated team committed to transforming lives through practical skills and entrepreneurship. Each member brings unique expertise, energy, and a shared vision of empowering youth and women to achieve economic independence.

Joseph Joshua Kiwanuka – Executive Director

 

Joseph Joshua Kiwanuka is the visionary behind Ezeyouth Empowerment Uganda. With a strong passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and youth development, he  premiered the initiative to bridge the gap between education and practical skills.

He specializes in digital skills training, business development, and empowering young people to turn ideas into income-generating ventures. Through his leadership, many youth have gained confidence, started businesses, and created sustainable livelihoods.

Godwin Tukashaba – Training Coordinator

Godwin Mayanja plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of all training programs. As Training Coordinator, he manages program planning, participant engagement, and community outreach activities.

His dedication ensures that every training session is well-organized, impactful, and accessible to participants from diverse backgrounds.

Alton Mayanja – Digital Skills Trainer

Alton Mayanja is a skilled digital trainer specializing in graphic design, digital marketing, and online business tools. He is passionate about equipping learners with practical digital skills that can generate income in today’s digital economy.

His hands-on training approach helps participants gain real-world experience and confidence in applying their skills.

Ezekiel Ssekinobe – Managing director

Ezekiel is a creative graphic designer responsible for shaping the visual identity of Ezeyouth Empowerment Uganda. He specializes in branding, digital design, and computer programming, helping the organization communicate its message effectively.

His work supports both the organization and trainees by demonstrating how design skills can be turned into profitable opportunities in today’s digital world.

Together, our team is driven by one mission—to empower youth and women with practical, income-generating skills that lead to self-reliance, business creation, and community transformation.

                                                              The Founder’s Journey: From Vision to Impact Behind Ezeyouth Empowerment Uganda is a story of passion, resilience, and a deep desire to create change. The founder, Ezekiel Ssekinobe , began his journey with a simple but powerful observation—many young people in Uganda were educated, yet unemployed. Despite spending years in school, they lacked the practical skills needed to earn a living or start a business. This reality was even more evident among school dropouts and youth from underserved communities who had limited access to opportunities.
