In Uganda, where youth unemployment remains a major challenge, initiatives like Ezeyouth Empowerment are stepping in to bridge the gap between education and real-world application.

Ezeyouth Empowerment Uganda is dedicated to equipping youth and women with hands-on skills in areas such as digital marketing, graphic design, web development, agribusiness, and small-scale entrepreneurship. Unlike traditional training programs that focus heavily on theory, this initiative emphasizes learning by doing—ensuring that every participant gains practical experience that can immediately translate into income.

Through structured training, mentorship, and business development support, participants are guided on how to start and grow their own ventures. Whether it’s launching a juice business, offering freelance digital services, or building a small retail brand, the goal is to create sustainable livelihoods and promote self-reliance.

The founder, Ezekiel Ssekinobe , began his journey with a simple but powerful observation—many young people in Uganda were educated, yet unemployed. Despite spending years in school, they lacked the practical skills needed to earn a living or start a business.
